Part-time Nanny/babysitter With Autism Experience!

Looking for a caring, mature, nanny/babysitter for my 12-year-old son who has autism and a seizure disorder. I work full-time from home and he has therapy most days except Wednesday mornings/early afternoons. I need someone to watch him and help him with preparing lunch, playing side by side, and light activities of daily living. He is toilet-trained but occasionally has accidents. He is minimally verbal, very docile and sweet! The weekly assistance with him will ideally grow to a weekend nighttime occasional babysitter we can count on for our date nights! (His seizures have been well-controlled with medication for almost a year but would need someone who is not afraid to intervene should he have a breakthrough seizure).
