About the job
We are looking for someone who we can rely on and will care for our daughter. Someone who's comfortable looking after a special needs child, shows compassion and patience. We are flexible with hours/ days but need someone who is willing to commit to the job and be consistent the job will mostly be a mother's helper, as mom will be home most of the time. Once comfortable there will be some babysitting so we can go out on the odd date night. Our daughter is just about to turn 14 next month, nonverbal and is autistic. She does have behaviors, so someone with behavioral experience is preferred. She needs help with feeding, dressing, bathing and going to the bathroom. She loves to play, swim in our pool and go for walks in the stroller or drives in the car but sometimes is happy to be left alone in her room with her music and the tablet
