About the job
Looking for a full-time caregiver for our Adult, Youth family member with Cognitive Disabilities in Crawfordville. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. My son goes to school. He is very sweet. He is non-verbal and currently his dad lives in another state. He needs assistance with all his ADLs. I need assistance getting him dressed in the morning, feeding him, brushing his teeth and putting him on the bus. I also need that person to be willing to get him off the bus in the afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Take him to the house, fix his dinner, bathe him and get him ready for bed. Keeping him engaged will be required. He doesn't really like TV. He loves music, but doesn't like sudden loud noises or loud talking. He has not officially been diagnosed with is autism, but should be treated as such.
