I am in my late 20s. I am disabled and have a lot of arm, wrist, hand pain. I love my curly hair but washing is a multi step process. It is very strenuous for me. I need 2 days to recover from the increase in symptoms. I need help with whole process of hair wash + applying moisturizer + putting on compression.
