21-Year-Old Autistic Non Speaking Female Thanks to an amazing team, Autistic, nonspeaking AAC (touch chat) communicator has been living in her own apartment in Santa Cruz for over a year. Day shift: Pick up/Drop off in Live Oak area 2:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Night shift: 9:30 p.m. - 8:30 a.m. drop off in Live Oak Area # of days & shifts flexible and dependent on team Daytime shift includes activity (bowling, etc), preparing dinner, showering/hygiene, relaxing in TV room, and bedtime around 9:30. Overnight shift sleeps on pullout couch and wake to support as needed (rare) and in morning pack breakfast, prep day bag, wake/dress/brush teeth, transport to drop off.
