Occasional Special Needs Respite Caregiver For Young Adult

We are looking for a special needs caregiver for our 20-year-old son who has cerebral palsy and autism for weekend date nights, school days off, respite care etc. We would like someone who has experience working with special needs teens/young adults and is interested in working with a family on an on-going basis. Our son is very friendly and happy, he uses a wheelchair for mobility and is non-verbal and uses a tablet to communicate. We also have a 4-year-old typical son who is kind and happy.
