Looking for a full-time caregiver for our 3-month-old with special feeding needs due to reflux and aspiration. Responsibilities include: - Feeding baby every 3 hours through NG tube with enteral feeding pump (no previous tube feeding experience needed; parents can easily train individual to use machine) - Preparing thickened milk for supplemental bottle feedings - Willingness to spend significant time holding and rocking baby (he currently needs to be upright during and after feeds to minimizing discomfort and often struggles to sleep unless he is held and rocked) - Willing to spend time with baby on developmental milestones (motor and sensory skills eg learning to roll over, grab toys, interact) - Helping to establish a daytime nap routine - Tolerance and patience for crying, some colic
