About the job
We are looking for a male part-time caregiver who is active, dedicated, energetic, engaging, patient, understanding and compassionate for our 16-year-old boy with autism and challenging behaviors (only occasionally) Days of work : Tuesdays and Thursdays 9. 30 a.m. to 1 p.m. OR 10. 30 a.m. to 1. 30 p.m. Note: if we find you as the right fit and if you are available, we are open to extend the job hours to rest of the days as well Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support and supervision to ensure safety and well-being. Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure a cohesive care plan. Must be physically able to engage in activities and provide hands-on assistance when needed. Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations Experience in working with children or young adults on the autism spectrum is a plus
