Adult With Severe Autism

We are looking for a caregiver to work with our 21-year-old daughter with severe autism. She is nonverbal, requires total care including being in a diaper. She is has a severe seizure disorder resulting in seizures sometimes weekly requiring a rescue medication. She is also diagnosed with catatonia that results in her at times having difficulty moving her body and at times being very agitated. She is usually on the go and has no safety awareness. We pay $20 an hour through an agency so we unfortunately don't have flexibility in the rate.
