Needed Special Needs Caregiver In Oceanside

Looking for a part-time caregiver for our 3. 5-year-old daughter who has Rett Syndrome in Oceanside. Carer will need to be fun, energetic, good with little kids. Will need to be able to lift our daughter on occasion - she weighs ~30 pounds. She is mobile but is very unstable on her feet and requires constant supervision. She is typically happy and is not aggressive. She is cognitively impaired and does not understand safety risks. She is non-verbal, but is fairly easy to read once you get to know her. She loves the outdoors and is happy with simple things like just walking around the house or walking around outside.
