About the job
Hello! We are looking for a short term caregiver for our son who is in his mid 20's on these days: Dec 2, 3, 4, and 5 (Monday-Thursday), 2024. 6-8 hours each day, start time will vary, partial evenings two days. Parents have busy week with work and classes so we need the extra support. Our son has developmental delay, seizure disorder (but well controlled with medications), and sometimes needs help if he gets frustrated with his toys/activities. He is mobile and talks fairly well. You would help with snacks and tidying up, engage with him if he wants to (but he may hang out in his room most of the time), so you would be free to relax, watch TV, or whatever quiet things you like to do. Also need to give the dog a couple of breaks in the garden. Our high school age daughter will be home in the afternoon/evenings on the later days.
