Life Skills Training Specialist

The Adaptive Skills Training Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental, behavioral, and social challenges. This position involves implementing individualized plans to teach essential life, social, and communication skills to enhance clients' independence and quality of life. The specialist works closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful progress and long-term success. Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs in a school, clinic, or community setting is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
