About the job
We are looking for a caregiver/house keeper that can help our family. We have two boys, ages 11 and 10. Both boys are autistic and are also AdHDers. The oldest is 11 and is non-speaking. Job requirements include: 1. Experience maintaining a household 2. Help with household chores mostly concerning the kids. Housekeeping experience is a plus. 3. Have the ability to cook and do some meal prep. 4. Comfort helping our oldest with some ADL's 5. Be able to drive. 6. Open to learning how to support an autistic typer. 7. Night availability is required at least once per week . Our family is neurodiverse-affirming. We do not use ABA techniques or any behavioral interventions with our children. We need a compassionate creative, fun-loving, patient and open-minded person who is willing to learn about how to care for our kids.
