About the job
Hello! I'm looking for potential care for my brother. My brother is 25 yrs old. His main diagnoses are severe autism (non-verbal) and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He needs 2:1 support. We always have at least 2 people assisting him throughout the day, mostly through verbal prompting for personal care, bowel care assistance, meal preparation and a bit of play. We do have staffing Mon-Fri 11am-4 p.m. We are mainly looking for someone who could lend a hand at night (somewhere in the range of 6pm-10pm, although varies on availability of all parties). We're not looking to hire someone for all nights of the week, it would be great if you have flexibility in your schedule to have it be a little inconsistent. We'd love to have a fun-spirited person join our little crew. Experience in this field required.
