Family seeking an experienced, compassionate weekend nanny for a loving, active 3-year-old son with autism & high-sensory seeking behavior. Ideal candidates have a background in special needs care & a nurturing approach. Responsibilities: engaging in sensory-friendly activities, managing daily routines, personal care & ensuring a safe environment. CPR, First Aid, & specialized autism training are valued. Our son loves the outdoors, bubbles, trampolines, running, & riding his tricycle. He enjoys bright lights, music, & movement. He is non-verbal but uses visual communication. Not potty-trained yet. Skills: Autism understanding, communication, behavior management, personal care, childhood development knowledge. Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, observant, fun, & energetic.
