About the job
Looking for a nanny for our 13-month-old daughter and 2. 5-year-old autistic son. Safety is our number one concern, and we follow evidence-based APA guidelines. T. is 2. 5, nonverbal autistic level 3. He's the most gentle, sweet, silly boy! He is very good at communicating his needs nonverbally. Ideally, we are looking for a nanny with experience working with autistic kids. S. is 1-year-old little firecracker (no special needs concerns at this time). In today's political climate, we feel it's necessary to state that we are a progressive family. We believe in LGBTQ+ rights, Black Lives Matter, and that women deserve bodily autonomy and the freedom to make their own decisions about their bodies. We include this statement because these are the values we teach our children, and we feel it is important that our nanny share these values.
