ADHD: a neurological disorder, executive functions go from routine- mundane-downward spiral. Due to a lack of dopamine and a smaller frontal cortex. Solo with a recent diagnosis executive functions (ADLs to an extent) are burdensome. Hiring the right person for my home/family (3 pets). Job Roles: Cleaning: 400 sq foot home. 90 ish minutes including laundry, dishes and linens. Caregiving: Committed to living within this "disorder", coaching, therapy, revisiting medications are all part of "treatment". Personal Assistant: calendars, projects, budgets, pets, vehicle maintenance. Housekeeper: organization, help prioritize projects, laundry, meal prep etc. 5-10 hours/week $20-$30/hour My life is fairly small and simple. Being male in my 40 makes this an odd ask for some which is why I focused on the caregiving route. - Dan
