About the job
Hi! I am looking for help with my 6-year-old son. We are moving to Huntsville this summer and I'd love to have some help primarily with him. I have two other daughters ages 9 and 12 who are largely independent, although the love spending time with my son's caregivers :) Our son has a rare genetic condition called Xia Gibbs syndrome with a secondary autism diagnosis. He needs extra support in all that he does, but he is also the sweetest, most joyful little boy. I am a SAHM, so times and days for care are very flexible. Ideally, I'd have a caregiver come 2 afternoons a week to help with Sam, with the occasion evening and weekend date too. Something like 8 hours total per week, although that is flexible. We are a lively, loving home and are looking for someone to bring love, warmth, play and joy to our house.
