About who needs care: Dad has multiple health issues. He is getting some assistance through Amedisys, OT, PT, ST as well as bath assistance. He does need assistance with most tasks, at this time. About the care needs: Calm & confident. Dad has Pulminary Fybrosis & may need nebulizer/O2 at sometime in the future. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
