I need transportation to medical appointments and shopping. I am a veteran and go to the clinic. My dog goes along for the ride, stays in car with driver while I do my appointments and shopping. I pay $40 per trip. I figure I will go shopping twice a month and the clinic 4 times a year. I live in Charleston, WV. Would prefer someone who lives close by.
