Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In West Bend

About who needs care: Looking for someone who enjoys cooking and puts love into meals, and can help my mom and dad with their food needs (low salt, but still flavor, mom doesn't eat peppers) and can be tough enough but kind to make sure my dad does his exercises and daily activities. Open to hours and such, would like some overnights, possible trips with them to the cabin (you'd have a motorhome to stay in), or hours at the condo likely 4-5 a day at minimum, multiple days a week. About the care needs: My dad was a salesman and enjoys sports, so companionship, some kind of game players (even creative elderly games to help him move). He uses a walker to move and has a tendency to fall we are trying to watch out for. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
