Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Waukesha

Seeking hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Important - experience with managing medication is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. My Father may be experiencing the onset of dementia. Need a caregiver that will encourage him to be active daily. Take a walk (to the mailbox). My Mom is in the house too and wears a hearing aide. Need to be mindful of the device when you are chatting with my Mom. My Dad is a recent cancer survivor and is still in recovering from treatments. So he is weak and slow as far as walking. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
