Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Stoughton

About who needs care: My mom is receiving chemo cancer treatment. She has recently been very disoriented and confused and we are seeking out a cognitive evaluation. She copes with difficult situations through "work" including putting others to work doing various household chores. She wishes to remain living on her own and has refused rehabilitative care in the past. Realistically I am not sure if this is a safe and viable option and am working with her doctors for guidance. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, but not afraid to be direct and stand their ground. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
