Looking For An Awesome, Trustworthy, Fun Caregiver To Join My Team!

Hi! I'm a 38-year-old individual born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA type 2) and I've used a power wheelchair since childhood. I'm looking to fill various shifts of in-home care and I'm able to be somewhat flexible for my caregivers. I've been self-directing my own care for all of my adult life. My caregivers wear many hats for me, as part of my care is very medical-focused (I have a urostomy, use a hoyer lift, a shower chair, physical therapy, etc), while the other part of my cares is helping me to live a fulfilling life, as I participate in work, hobbies, and adventures! I'm very active with my wheelchair -- I love hiking accessible trails and participating in adaptive team sports, so some of our shifts would involve road trips as needed. I prefer caregivers who will help me live a very healthy life, and will be active alongside me.
