Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Racine

Seeking hands-on care near Racine for my mother in her 70s who has ASL. She has limited mobility and needs help transferring out of bed in the morning, getting ready for the day (including showering a few days a week), and then at night getting ready for bed and transferring into bed. She has a gait belt for pivot transfers and also a sit to stand transfer device. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping as well. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Someone that has their CNA license preferred or previous experience helping individuals with limited mobility. Days/hours can be flexible (as long as its morning and evenings) and willing to work with more than one individual to get appropriate coverage.
