Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Port Washington

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping (including organization and decluttering), Help Staying Physically Active, light shopping (hoarding tendencies - need someone to review the shopping list and check to see what is already on hand prior to shopping for more items), Assistance with medication is needed (has some confusion and needs someone to load the med dispenser and check it to ensure things are being taken). We might ask you for help transporting to/from appointments as needed. My mom is usually pleasant and cooperative, however she can be stubborn and difficult at times which is worse when her confusion is worse. She has a boyfriend who lives down the hall and also helps with meal prep, laundry, etc., but cannot help with medication and appointments.
