Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Oshkosh

About who needs care: This is for my sister, she has back and hip issues and is on a walker. She gets around ok but it is difficult for her to shower, do laundry, dishes, change sheets, basic cleaning of 1 bedroom apt. She lives in an low income for disabled and vets, she is both. I live in another state and not able to help. My brother lives there and does a lot for her but its too much for him. She sleeps late so early to mid day would work best. She loves HGTV and the Food Network. She used to do very creative activities and isn't able to do much. She drives but limited to grocery, pharmacy and gas station all within blocks. Her quality of life is bad and she needs help. About the care needs: Someone upbeat with a good sense of humor. A take charge type of person and someone who could tackle all of what is needed to get bases covered, then ongoing as needed, She is a smoker but only smokes outside and in their designated smoking area. She has 2 sweet docile cats so it would need to be someone who likes animals. She badly needs a haircut if someone could drive her to Walmart to the salon there, she cant drive that far, she gets lost. She has memory issues but is easy going, loving and loves people. She is funny and used to hold down a good job in retail until they closed her store, she misses working and the daily contact. She had bad back surgery years ago which has led to her health issues. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
