About who needs care: Mobility issues Obese 400 lbs Lymphedema issues tends to retain water due to heart failure and kidney disease About the care needs: My dad is a jokester and dsnt have a great filter. So someone not easily offended would be helpful. He is pretty easy going and kind hearted, and would never do or say anything purposely, but he's not always as "funny" as he thinks he is. I am unable to get to my dad's house as often as he needs as I live a half hour away with a special needs child of my own.
