About who needs care: Has moderate dementia and is diabetic. Needs help to make sure she takes her meds. She also tends to get dehydrated because she doesn't drink enough water. She is hard of hearing but has hearing aids. She likes to watch movies and gardening in the summer. Is able to shower and get herself dressed. About the care needs: Mom enjoys her grandchildren and great grandchildrens activities.. She can be stubborn and is not really receptive to someone coming to help out. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
