Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Milwaukee

About who needs care: My grandmother is easy going and quiet. She likes to have slow mornings watching her favorite game shows and enjoys sitting outside in the garden during the warmer months. We are a Serbian and English speaking household. My grandmother can speak and understand English but her primary language is Serbian. She needs assistance with mobility. She has Parkinson's Disease and uses a walker. She needs a hand getting up from bed and her recliner to the restroom but spends most of her day in the living room hanging out. General day would start around 8 a.m. and begin with assisting her getting clothes on and supervising her morning routine which she can do herself. Getting breakfast ready is easy as she is a light eater. There are two medications that we administer at 12 & 2 p.m. that you would be responsible for. Then lunch preparation is flexible as we usually have meal prepped it for her. My mother gets home at 3:30 p.m. and you would be relieved of caregiving duties. We have a lovely private apartment upstairs that is available to our caregiver if needed. I need permanent assistance from a caregiver on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are flexible for us. We are looking forward to finding a lovely individual who enjoys a relaxing and slow paced household. Thank you for considering! About the care needs: Our ideal caregiver is someone who enjoys a quiet and slow paced environment. I am happy to pay an hourly wage but with the right candidate we are open to a live in arrangement. We have one elderly kitty who sleeps the day away so someone who is okay with cats. There is some lifting involved as my grandmother cannot get her feet on the bed herself. Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
