Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Milwaukee

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 80s. Some help needed with changing, using the bathroom and a bed-bath on Fridays. Need someone Mon, Fri, Sat, and Sun for one hour in the morning around 6:30 a.m. and then again for one hour around 6:30 p.m. So 8 hours total per week for which I will pay a flat fee per week of $350. 00.
