Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Milwaukee

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. My father has type 2 diabetes and has to be monitored constantly. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
