Care Needed For My Father In Milwaukee

I'm looking for light-duty care for my father who is in his 70s. He lives independently in a senior apartment community but he needs some assistance with medication management, light meal preparation (low sodium/sugar/potassium diet) and light housekeeping. He will need transportation and accompaniment to and from some appointments (mostly his weekly labs).
