About who needs care: My grandpa has recently been diagnosed with dementia. He loves all things sports and hunting. About the care needs: Someone who loves to talk about his past and ask questions. He needs someone who is companionate as he struggles with depression and anxiety. Preferably someone that does not mind talking sports with him. Would love someone who has skills in memory care and is able to help him with activities to keep his memory strong. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
