About who needs care: Alzheimers diagnosis. Living in an independent apartment that is part of a larger senior living campus. (Felician Village in Manitowoc). We need someone to visit and help at least twice a week for now but will probably need to increase The frequency in the future. Needs assistance with domestic tasks and shopping. Occasional rides to appointments. It would be nice to have help with food purchasing and occasional meal preparation. Help maintaining calendar dates and activities. About the care needs: Someone who is patient. Someone who can answer the same question repeatedly. A friendly and sympathetic person. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
