Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Kimberly

We are looking for a part-time caregiver for my 97-year-old father, who lives independently in his condominium in Kimberly. Ideally, we would like to have someone stop in once daily (M-F) for about an hour or so in the morning to check-in with him, make sure that he is feeling well, help him to find his meal options for the day, provide medication reminders, possibly start laundry/change his bedding if needed, and generally help him to get his day started well. He is a charming gentleman and takes pride in living as independently as possible, so his needs may vary from day to day. His health is generally good, but would like to have someone with a healthcare and/or senior living background. We are flexible in regards to daily schedule.
