About who needs care: Parent in memory care unit. Would like to find personal companion that would visit 2ce a week. Take her off of unit to other locations throughout the care facility such as outdoor courtyard, onsite library, walks to look at art throughout other floors of facility. Potential to take to some appointments in town. Talk about her hobbies of art, photography, history, reading, education, nature, gardening. She has some memory issues with processing finding words. Towards the evening some paranoia and hallucinations thinking someone is taking her things. Very bright, kind, loving and smart women who is detailed about her passions. Needs someone with interesting conversations. About the care needs: Female. Gentle. Patient. Positive. Creative and enjoys the arts and culture. Someone who may like photography, gardening, nature, science, as former educator mom likes talking about education, Mom is soft spoken and very personable. She enjoys someone who is adventures as she is and a continuous learner. Someone who can help guide her with her walker. Someone faith based is nice, yet not a must. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
