Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Franklin

About who needs care: My mom has reoccurring UTI and has neuropathy in hands and feet. She goes around apartment on electric scooter. She is in adult diapers all day and night. Has a difficulty staying clean down there which leads to UTIs. I am thinking of trying to install a bidet to help. She needs sheets layered (easier to let me show you) and changed every other day. I can do some of this, so for sure on visits by caregiver. Then thrown in wash then dryer. Help with dishes and taking garbage out when I can't get there. Basically, in a perfect world help her transfer to her shower seat (she does this sort of good just needs a spotter). Bed stripped and changed. Laundry washed and then in dryer. (I can fold and put away between visits and keep laundry going. Light household as needed. Diaper garbage taken out (just down hall to shoot) Sometimes she has an accident and can't get to bathroom in time. She cleans up good, but has macular degenerative in eyes and doesn't always see it all to get really clean. She loves to chat and gossip. Maybe painted nails or have a cup of tea while waiting for laundry to switch. No need to wait until dry... I can do that between visits. Maybe an hour and a half twice a week? About the care needs: Someone chill, kind and a go getter. If you see a need to just go ahead and tackle it or let me know about it, so I can follow through. Someone that isn't turned off by toilet issues. Someone that wouldn't mind keeping in communication with me so either by text or note so I can keep up with things between visits. I am a full-time teacher and have two teenagers, one with autism. I live about 12 min. away and my mom is on my commute. I am just very busy and am becoming overwhelmed with all the daily needs of everyone. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
