I need hands-on care to take care of myself in Appleton. Help needed with bathing and dressing. I have severe swelling in my ankle and foot and I cannot put any weight on it without having severe pain and it makes me very unstable and is preventing me from doing the simplest things, that sadly, I have always taken for granted.
