I am seeking live-in home care near Adams, WI for myself, aged 30, surrounding a surgery I am having in February. Duties would consist of driving me to and from my surgical appointment in Madison then staying with me for the first 24 hours afterward with occasional check-in and wound care. I would prefer that my caregiver be LGBT friendly and okay with pets.
