About who needs care: wise elder and lifelong educator. currently on hospice the past two month due personal choice to not seek further surgery due to congestive heart failure. Very limited mobility. About the care needs: Our ideal caregiver would be caring, flexible, and able to follow my mom's lead. Need to be able to safely manage transfers and toileting needs. Recently, my mom has desired more time for rest and quiet. We have been providing 24/7 care as a family and need more support. Looking for one or more caregivers to help create a more sustainable schedule for everyone. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, bandage changing, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
