About who needs care: Has a blood disorder, HHT, that mainly causes nose bleeds. It is controlled fairly well with medications but his nose is fragile and nose bleeds are a concern. Walks slow and cautiously, and sometimes uses a walker. Sometimes needs help standing. Could use help with meals. About the care needs: Not really sure what would be ideal but somebody that can help with dressing, socks and shoes are the main challenge. Help with meals. Be present if he needs help or falls. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
