About the job
About who needs care: My grandmother was diagnosed with ALS. She has trouble opening things, dressing herself, and she is losing her eyesight. She is pretty self sufficient for now, but is a falling risk and has to have someone home. I work full time and have a 5year old. I cant always be around on the weekends and some week days, so help when my family and I are out of the house would be so helpful! About the care needs: A good since of humor. She is British and loves a good joke. Loves to tell her life stories. Loves to talk about history. Someone who might be know about ALS. It is new to us. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
