Companion Care Needed For My Father In Veradale

I am starting the process of pre-screening private caregivers for my father. My father and stepmother live in their own home with two dogs, a cat, and chickens. My father has vascular dementia that was triggered in 2020. He also has some heart conditions including a pacemaker and requires oral meds. He is mostly mobile, but does have dizzy spells when he stands too quickly or exerts a lot of energy due to his hypotension. With dementia, some days are obviously better than others. I am looking for someone with experience with Memory Care and is quick with redirection when needed. My stepmother is his primary caregiver currently. At this point, we are not sure how many hours will be needed.
