My care concerns are: I need someone to provide transportation from a hotel in Salmon Creek to a clinic in Salmon Creek for a medical procedure and back and help me get to my room and maybe pick up some take out in the evening. My partner was going to be there to assist me, but her mom has just a few days of life so she cannot assist me.
