Hands-on Care Needed For Myself

About who needs care: Hi, I have Cerebral Palsy. I live independently, but an finding I need more help with meals. I am looking to hire a person, or pool of people to help me prepare and then eat 2 meals a day both Breakfast and Dinner and leave me a lunch ready to eat for the noon meal. I already have some in home help with chores and a couple meals but I need more help regularly and could use a pool of on call people also. I need approx 2, 90 ish min visits a day 7 days a week, one visit for breakfast and one for dinner. About the care needs: I am looking for someone who knows how to cook, and does not mind help feeding someone their meal. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
