About who needs care: Unsure at this time my 63-year-old brother has the onset of dementia. About the care needs: an outgoing personality would be a good fit. However, we are still in the planning stages as I am getting him to agree to move to Washington State so that I can assist with his day-to-day care. Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
