About who needs care: My grandmother has dementia, diabetes, limited mobility as well as hyponatremia- which is a condition that causes low sodium levels in her blood. Shes a crafty gal that spent years quilting, embroidering, painting and a whole host of other crafty things. She loves her cat and her great grand babies. Ideally we are looking for someone to come a few days a week to ensure my grandma is eating properly, someone to keep her company and potentially drive her to doctors appointments or other social events. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
