Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband

I have bit of a weird/unique help need. My husband, 59, had a major stroke 9/2023 that left him unable to walk and be by himself. He requires assistance with transfers (he pivot transfers so well, it's more of a stand-by assist), toileting (help standing, you holding the urinal, cleanup after BM), meal prep, meds, and putting to bed/getting out of bed (on occasions). Here's where it gets tricky: I'm a birth doula, and am looking for coverage for a second helper on Sundays through Tuesdays, the days that my other helper works full-time. I take two birth clients a month. You could get called in the middle of the night or middle of the day, you could be here for 5 hours or 15, and I could need you every month or every few months, with room for more frequent shifts during the week while I do postpartum visits. Needed ASAP.
