About who needs care: I need my care companion to set up my weekly medication dispenser every 2 weeks and take my blood pressure on every visit. Very light household tasks are very helpful to me. I would set up my doctor appointments to coordinate with your schedule and would pay standard mileage as I do not drive. I use a walker when I am out and about. I have a male tuxedo cat called Kiki and you must like cats. I have very good hearing, express myself well, and can take care of my hygienic needs. A little help with meal prep is sometimes needed too. I do as much as I can on my own. About the care needs: I would do well with a patient, kind and caring, positive person who is cat friendly. Basic cooking skills, operating a blood pressure machine and dispensing my medication in a weekly medication organizer are needed. Must drive a car. Computer and on-line skills would be a plus. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
